About Ware Lions

We are a friendly junior & youth football club located on the northern outskirts of Ware, Hertfordshire.

Our main objectives for players are to make football fun, to build self-confidence and to develop & learn new skills.  We want to ensure that all those who represent Ware Lions enjoy their time with the club and continue to take part as they get older.  

Our teams train every week and compete in the Mid Herts Rural Minors League (MHRML) from the Under 7s age group.

Ware Lions are the oldest junior club in Ware and we’re proud to be celebrating 50 years of Football for All.

    I’m sorry to hear that you wish to complain about your sons team.

    Our complaints policy is on our club website and available from the link below. It outlines the process around complaints and complaints should be directed to the team manager in the first instance.
